Priming sinovietnamica originates from limestone karst regions near the China - Vietnam border. This species is part of the Gesneriaceae family, known for its rosette of pubescent, succulent leaves and tubular purple flowers on long stalks. Care is similar to African Violets. Needs excellent drainage and prefers to be under-potted.  Wonderful choice for small indoor spaces, has no issue with low humidity! Can tolerate low light, but for best growth and color provide with bright indirect light. Will happily handle direct morning sun, which makes the fuzz on its foliage turn a gorgeous purple, and the white fishbone like veining will be much more pronounced. This batch is planted in rock wool cubes that need to stay damp at all times. Do not allow the rock wool to completely dry out.  If you prefer to repot in a different media, give it time to get acclimated before disturbing the roots.
