Where do you ship from?
Our family owned greenhouses are located in Oviedo, FL... about 20 minutes away from Downtown Orlando.
How much does shipping usually cost?
Our costs are tier'd shipping based on the number of plants. It is the same price regardless of where we ship. The only thing that is an exception to this rule is if you have 6" plant on your order, that has a separate shipping fee. I still want to find a better solution, but this is what we've been using since January.

When will my plant ship?At Gabriella Plants, our goal is to ship out all pending orders within the week following when the order was placed. This gives our team plenty of time to be sure we've picked out the best plants in our greenhouse, that they're treated to prevent bugs and disease and are packaged safely for their trip to your home. We do our best to send out updates on orders that begin to near these deadlines and we're still a very small operation with only 3 people packing all of our plants each week.
What happens if my plant arrives damaged?
We work diligently to package and protect your plants from any damage on it's route to your home. If you have any issue with your order, please email us at email@example.com.
All sales, once shipped, are final. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us immediately. We only honor claims that are made in the first 10 days after receiving the plants. Most times, a photo of the entire plant top down, along with any relevant close ups are required for us to take care of your issue. Send an email with your issue along with any photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. Most times, we replace the plant free of charge, but do not generally offer refunds. Please allow us 24-48 hours to respond, although our goal is to be much quicker than that.
