Where are you located?

Our greenhouses & shipping facility are located in Oviedo, FL... about 20 minutes from Downtown Orlando and 45 minutes away from Disney and the other theme parks. We are visits by appointment only, as we typically do not have inventory ready & tagged to serve retail everyday.

If I'm local, can I come shop at your greenhouse?

Sadly, not outside of our scheduled public sales. HOWEVER, we DO offer contactless pickup. You can place your order online and select local pickup at checkout. We'll send you an email within 1 day of your order with a link to schedule a pickup time. Just know that will not have additional inventory for sale at time of pick up.

How do I pick up my local order?

If you selected local pickup at checkout, simply click here to schedule a time for your pickup.

If you did not select local pick up at checkout (and your order has not shipped yet), reach out to us at orders@gabriellaplants.com and we should be able to help switch your delivery method to Local Pickup.

How much does shipping usually cost?

Shipping costs are tiered based on the number of plants you order. Our prices are the same regardless of where we ship. The only exception to this rule is if you have large plant in your order, which may incur a separate shipping fee. We still want to find a better solution, but this tiered system is what we've been using since January.

You can estimate your shipping costs at checkout before placing your order.

If you place multiple orders and none of them have shipped yet, you can request to combine your orders by emailing us at orders@gabriellaplants.com. Our team will do their best to combine your orders and refund any actual difference in postage costs. Please be aware that sometimes the actual postage cost of combining an order is more expensive than shipping the order separately—in these circumstances, we'll ship your orders in separate boxes on the same sipping day.

When will my plant ship?

Our goal is to ship out all pending orders within the week following when the order was placed. This gives our team plenty of time to be sure we've picked out the best plants in our greenhouse, that they're inspected and treated to prevent bugs or disease and are packaged safely for their trip to your home. We do our best to send out updates on orders that begin to near these deadlines and we're still a very small operation with only 5 people packing all of our plants each week.

Is mailing plants safe?

We're known for our reliable shipping & incredible customer service. However, despite this being a question we hadn't thought of until a year ago when we began shipping plants online, we regularly ship thousands of plants a month and have issues with less than 2% of those orders. So yes, shipping plants is safe AND legal as we do have all the required inspections & stamps for states that require particular annual inspections. This allows us to reliably ship to all 50 states—including California.

Do you ship during the winter?

We recommend purchasing our Winter Insurance if your daytime highs are consistently below 54 degrees. You can purchase this as an item along with your order or you can do so after you've already placed an order, just shoot us a message so we can be sure that it's applied to your pending order properly.

Orders that purchase our Winter Insurance will have our staff manually checking the destination of each Winter Insurance order and ensuring that the proper heat packs, additional packing methods or other precautions are taken to ensure your plant arrives safely despite cold. If Winter Insurance is purchased, plants that sustain damage from shipping INCLUDING from cold/heat related damage, will be refunded or replaced free of charge.

Special Note: If your daytime highs are below 15-20 degrees, we may hold your order until a more favorable break in weather.

What happens if my plant arrives damaged?

We work diligently to package and protect your plants from any damage on its route to your home. If you have any issue with your order, please read the backside of our Unboxing Guide card as it details what is required for a speedy resolution.
