This DARK Philodendron cultivar features purple-maroon colored stems and petioles with long, sleek, pointed leaves! New leaves unfurl a bronze/brown and will harden off to an intense deep olive green. With higher light levels 'Bloody Mary' can develop an even blacker hue!

These plants were all propagated from just 1 hanging basket our Head Grower had in his bedroom before he joined the Gabriella Team! #EveryPlantHasAStory

~Do Not place in full sun. Though many Philodendron can be acclimated to full sun, our Philodendron have been grown under shaded, greenhouse conditions.

~Philodendron are considerably hardy & tolerant of a wide range of growing conditions, but for the best growth it is recommended to provide higher levels of humidity.

~If trying to get Philodendron to mature, give them a moss pole or wood board to climb! Make sure to keep the pole or board saturated though so aerial roots can attach & actually climb!

My first Bloody Mary girly pop died and I was devastated. I immediately went to look for her again but she was out of stock. I never forgot about her. I kept checking your site for her and she was finally in stock again! I ordered her and put her right back in with my other dark Royals. I love this plant real bad! Thank you guys so much for always having such a cool selection of plants. My mini jungle appreciates you guys too!
