Stunning tropical "Crocodile Fern" has textured, leathery, light green wavy fronds with deep emerald green veins resembling the skin of a crocodile. Although it can handle a wide range of lighting conditions, for vibrant colors grow in moderate to bright indirect light. In lower light levels the fronds tend to develop a silver tone. Requires humidity of 60-90% and consistent even moisture. Slow growing with a shallow root system, under ideal conditions container grown plants may reach an average of 2'-3' tall.

Very nice alligator fern, arrived in perfect shape. Going to put this on a cedar mount.

Fern Microsorum musifolium 'Crocodyllus' "Crocodile"

Such a cool plant with its textured leaves. This is one seems to be a finicky fern though. It started getting brown spots almost immediately from arriving. I did put it in my little tent that has humidity and the brown spots stopped spreading. So definitely one that loves it's humidity.
