Commonly referred to as Variegated Shell Ginger. Leafy, arching stems create a lush, tropical effect with boldly striped yellow and green foliage. Once mature will produce large, drooping clusters of white and pink shell-like flowers that are sweetly fragrant. Works well in containers and can be used as an indoor specimen.  Full sun to partial sun. Keep soil moist, but not soggy. Dense, clumping growth habit. When planted in the ground will quickly form clumps 4-7 foot tall and 4 foot wide.
