Ficus Lyrata 'Little Sunshine' is a newer cultivar of the Fiddle Leaf Fig that grows smaller, brighter, violin shaped foliage.
~Although drought tolerant, do not allow your Ficus to dry out too much. In general, Ficus should be kept slightly moist during the growing season. Water when the top 2" of soil are dry. They do not like wet feet, so if 30 minutes after watering you see water in the saucer, pour it away.
~ Ficus prefer medium to bright light & can even be acclimated to grow in full sun. Do not place in low light areas.
~Do Not place in drafty areas or under/near an air vent. Unless temperature & humidity are high, drafts or cold air may cause Ficus to drop their lower leaves.
Gabriella Plants exceeded expectations regarding shipping. Their strategic shipping as well as careful packing helped my plants arrive healthy and earlier than expected! They managed to time it just right in between two cold snaps. The plants weren't perfect specimens but there are healthy and cleaned up nicely.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and looking forward to the next order!
Arrived in an excellent condition! He grows faster than all the other ficus I had. I have 3 more paired new leaves after it arrived my place this February.
Worried about your plants arriving safely in chilly weather? Add this to your order! We highly recommend adding Winter Insurance if your local HIGH temperatures are below 45 degrees in your location or if your order is using UPS Ground as the shipping source, as it will likely pass through colder states on the way.
We grow tens of thousands of plants every single year, but every week, our teams pick out only the BEST from what's now ready to ship so you get the freshest plant possible.
