This was the first time out of several orders I wasn’t thrilled by how my order arrived. This plant had rough travels, and took a beating. The rubber band that normal secures the fluff that packs the soil inside the pot, was on the outside of the fabric wrap. The entire pot of soil had spilled inside, and leaves were damaged. One has already broken off. The plant is also a lot smaller than I expected it to be based off prior reviewer’s photos. I’m okay with the order as the roots are healthy and I know I can get it looking good again, it’s just not the 5 star plant I normally receive...

Wonderful large plant in excellent condition even though it took an extra 3 days to get here. It was supposed to be delivered on Saturday but with the recent holiday was not delivered till Tuesday. This was a postal issue and no fault of the seller. Even with the extra days in transit, it was healthy looking and expertly packaged!
