This rarely seen form of the species Monstera obliqua [yes the REAL obliqua!] hails from the Pangui region of Ecuador (as opposed to the Peruvianum form of obliqua). 

As this form matures it’ll develop leaves with very large, almost strangely formed looking fenestrations. This plant loves to vine so provide a support to climb to develop even larger leaves!
