As of June 8th, we have closed our Subscription Box sign up. Those who are already active subscribers will continue to receive the remaining 3 months of the subscription and we will certainly announce if we re-open signups or decide to offer a different option in the future.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes, each subscription will renew on the 1st of the month and depending on your location we will ship your box at roughly the same time every month. (Due to the volume of orders, we will break up East Coast, Mid West and West Coast to different weeks of the month)
What happens if my plants arrived damaged?
We will absolutely take care of you. Simply shoot us an email with a picture or two and we'll happily get you out a replacement. In our experience so far damage is rare, but it can happen.
Will I know what plants are coming in my box?
The plants included every month will be a surprise, so it may be a plant you already have, but what's one more? We will announce the plants in the box on the 2nd of every month, the day after your month will be charged to your card. This will give you time to decide if you rather gift your box to another shipping address. We will not ship the same plant twice and we will be expanding the varieties we grow quite substantially as the weather warms so we should have a wide array of plants we offer throughout the 6 month subscription.
What types of plants will be included in the boxes?
The boxes will be a wide mixture of all indoor house plants. Everything from Pothos, Philodendron, Ferns, Calathea, Colocasia, Aglaonema, Syngonium and lots more. If we plan to offer a plant that is outside of the house plant category, you'll be given an option. We're still working on finalizing the final months of the box, so if you have any ideas, feel free to email us your ideas.
What if it's still cold where I live when the boxes start in April?
If your temperatures are below 45 degree highs, we will include a heat pack in your box free of charge to ensure the plants make it to you safely. All of our packages will ship USPS Priority with a 2-3 day delivery window. This ensures your plant will be fresh and ready to add to your collection.
How long will the subscription box last?
At this point we are planning on a 6 month box. We may introduce an option to extend that into next Fall/Winter if there is a lot of interest, but we'd have to be sure we were including plants that would do well shipping during the winter with a heat pack.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
If at any point you wish to cancel your subscription, just let us know and we'll gladly terminate your subscription. We may have a wait list of people waiting to get on the list, so if you're going to plan on hopping back on you may want to consider that before canceling. If your payment has already gone through for a given month, that payment cannot be refunded but we can cancel further payments.
What if I'm not home when my box is scheduled to ship?
We can move your box to another week to accommodate, or we will always offer to ship your box to a different location as long as we know ahead of your box's scheduled shipment week. This is great to use as a gift if you know you'll be out of town a given month.
Is this available to international customers?
Sadly, no. These subscriptions are only for residents of the U.S.
