Peperomia caperata are fairly easy to maintain as house plants. They don't grow very tall and have vibrant colors that last. They do enjoy humidity, although will do relatively okay indoors. When watering, be sure to allow the top part of the soil to dry out. They also respond well to being watered by placing them in a tray and watering from below.
General Peperomia Care Tips:
Light:Bright indirect light.
Water:Allow soil to mostly dry before giving it a deep watering. Most peperomias do not like soggy soil, or drying out too much.
I love this cute little guy! Very interesting leaves, and I love the dark, different color. It was packaged very well with lots of care. I was so happy to receive plant mail during quarantine time. Thank you for making that possible! I appreciate the hard work!
A VERY good-sized specimen -- and in flower! Really lovely, once again, Gabriella Plants!
As with the other time I’ve ordered one of these it had a few broken stems upon arrival, but otherwise the plant appears healthy and strong. I was particularly happy that it arrived without any cold damage thanks to the careful wrapping and heat pack.
So healthy and happy!
