I have recommended you all to so many people! I have friends that are still nervous about purchasing plants online. Most have had bad experiences via Etsy so are a little shy. What's great about it is that not all of us can make a drive into the city to look at anything local. Plus, with quarantine going on, it is much better doing this from the comfort of our home.
Plants arrived well packaged and looking great! I love popping back in from time to time and on Wednesday evenings to see what is in stock. I love that you all feature what is growing right now to give folks an idea on what to expect.
Plus, I think it is super cool that you have people so friendly and communicative on your staff. Whether it is Shane or others, the quick responses via email and instagram are awesome. I think the only other recommendation I have is potentially starting up a facebook private group or something for customers to join after they buy where they can develop a community and get ideas from other folks. A little less customer service my delivery is delayed and a little more "hey this has started to develop some brown spots and I am panicked!" kind of thing.

5 stars for Gabriella plants! So my calathea orbifolia does look a little sad... however, this is because it was in the mail for TWO WEEKS. Now this isn’t any way Gabriella plants’ fault as USPS was having severe issues with their shipping. Gabriella plants did everything they could to answer questions. I eventually received the calathea and I am honestly shocked that it’s not dead... this really goes to show how high of quality Gabriella plants is. I have absolutely no doubt that this plant would have been immaculate if I received it on time. Gabriella plants was gracious enough to offer a full refund or placement for the damaged plant!

I have been wanting a Calathea orbifolia for a while, and was thrilled to order this one!! The USPS sent it on a bit of an adventure (this was not the fault of the plant nursery), so after over a week in shipping, it had some very minor crispy leaf edges, but overall I was impressed with how well it held up. It’s got a couple new leaves unfurling right now, and is so pretty! It was really well packaged, which I think made a big difference during its shipping journey. I will definitely buy again from them!

Came quickly, especially with all the craziness in the world right now. It’s a tad smaller than I had hoped but they’re so hard to find and it’s a beautiful plant with no travel damage, that it doesn’t really bother me. I prefer to raise small plants into big plants anyways, versus starting out big. They packaged everything PERFECTLY. A nice sized Orbifolia which shipped way faster than I expected! Always a great buying experience with Gabriella Plants. My only tiny complaint is that she began browning almost immediately and while I know they’re little divas, I would’ve liked a couple days with her lushness. I have her in 60% humidity off of a east facing window. I think she’ll acclimate shortly.

Way beyond my expectations on these plants. This is the first time I purchased from Gabriella, I got six plants, I was expressed by the package they wrap, my plants are in perfect condition. I also tried another online store, and the plant I got in 6” is almost the same size as I got at Gabriella 4” plant..plus, the plant at other store also got damaged pretty bad by poor packaging. I will only purchase online plant at Gabriella now.

My search is finally over!! I have been wanting this Calathea Orbifolia for what feels like forever, and was so thrilled to receive a healthy happy plant! As with all Calatheas, you need to provide a good humidity level (50, ideally 60 though I manage on 45 with no drafts). She’s already putting out two new leaves and I cannot wait till she grows into a big bushy plant
